Pre-Service

• [ ] Make sure alarm is off and front door is unlocked (7am)
• [ ] Turn on foyer and hallway lights
• [ ] Use remote to turn on TV in the foyer
• [ ] Turn on Sanctuary Lights
  • [ ] 3 light switches and 1 dimmer switch
• [ ] Turn on sound system
  • [ ] Bring up the correct scene for the appropriate service
  • [ ] Set Main at -5
• [ ] Unlock Presentation Computer (Present01)
  • [ ] bring up ProPresenter
    • [ ] bring up the appropriate service (Playlist)
• [ ] Turn on Stage Lighting board
  • [ ] Press power
  • [ ] Press 19 (cross) and 20 (light bar)
  • [ ] Wait for the lights to stop spinning
  • [ ] Bring up slide #1
  • [ ] Turn off the sanctuary lights on the dimmer on the back wall, so that the lighting board can control them
• [ ] Use remote to turn on Courtesy Monitor (TV behind congregation)
• [ ] Turn on video systems
  • [ ] Turn on light switch as you come into the video room
  • [ ] Check to see if there are correct settings on the ATEM Mini Switcher (see instructions)
  • [ ] Turn on Streaming PC (LiveStream!)
    • [ ] Bring up VMIX on the Streaming PC and press “Last”
    • [ ] Make sure all cameras and the Presentation computer are showing on VMIX
    • [ ] Make sure there is a sound signature on VMIX
    • [ ] Make sure you can hear sound through the headphones
    • [ ] Test the video joystick to see that it is working with all cameras 1 and 2
• [ ] Replace all microphone batteries
• [ ] Put Band iPads in their stands
  • [ ] Make sure the iPads are working and set to the Music Stand app for the correct service and week

Post-Service

• [ ] Check to see that all stage equipment (Keyboard, monitors, Grand Piano, drums) is off
• [ ] Gather all ipads to go back to the charger
• [ ] Turn off Courtesy Monitor
